Role of India in Lusophony Games

    The Lusophony Game is a multinational multi-sport event which was organized by the ACOLOP means Association of the Portuguese Speaking Olympic Committees. India was Associate Member. Participating cuntries members are Brazil, East Timor, Macau, Portugal, Cape verde, Angola and Mozambique as well as associate members are India, Sri Lanka and Equatorial Guinea.

    Well, India being a member of the committee should actively take part in such sports. This would mark India's active participating in other sports as well because india is usually seen bragging about cricket. Apart from the sports perspective India can build strong relationship with nations like brazil, portugal, and east timor with which we haven't had any significant relation.
