Reliance has introduced 3G service everywhere in India and I have used Reliance 3G data card for about 6 months. They offer high-speed internet access but sadly enough, I never got high-speed internet access. The connectivity is so poor and inconsistent that it keeps getting disconnected every now and then and I was personally not satisfied with the service. Although the 3G plans are quite decently priced, it is not as effective as they claim to be. I also faced problems with its installation and the customer care service is also of no help as they took more than 3 days to fix the problem. What are your views regarding Reliance 3G in India?
