Since, people are now preferring nuclei family system and because of globalization many foreign companies are setting their business here in India, people are moving towards cities that have more opportunities. Delhi/NCR area is really sizzling up. Real estate can surely help in advancing these cities by launching their new projects. Since the lifestyle of people has changed they prefer more comfort, with less maintenance efforts and cost and with high security and vivacious environment for their children, and this is where real estate can help my city to get in shape.

i think noida and greater noida has improved a lot in the recent days. the prices of the real estate have really gone high in the past. apart from industrial boom, it is also the townships which are responsible for increase in high prices which have world class amenities. i think government must help common to reach the goal of owning a house in this costly environment.

real estate has witnessed a good hike in prices of land recently. the people with land have become richer and the middle class people have lost the hopes of owning any homes for themselves as they cannot afford to buy such costly homes. government must try to subsidize homes for the middle class people.

days are not far off that we would see those emerging cities in the list of hot cities. population is increasing day by day and people are also improving their financial status. in such a case, there is huge rush for real estate. also the businessmen who are into real estate, are targeting emerging cities to make more profit by selling the sites are huge prices.

Real estate has witnessed utmost boom in the recent days making the prices of lands and homes reach sky high. It has become a dream to a common man to purchase any new home because the prices are too high to be managed even if loans are to be taken. Even the major cities of all the states have witnessed the real estate boom. The regions with major price rise were under the NCR region where the demand for new homes have become high.
