Now-a-days real estate industry is growing in full swing !! In delhi NCR area daily new project is launching. Is it Gud or bad? It is gud for a person who earn alot money in this area becaz the cost of those flats or apartments is not accessible for common people. Real estate builder is contributing in growth of India but Y they dont think about common people?

    Real Estate Boom in india

Real estate has seen boom in India in the recent days and it is beneficial in some aspects. Many of the companies have come up with ideas to set up large scale housing schemes. But these are meant mostly for the richer section of people. Real estate should concentrate on the middle class and lower class people too as even they need proper housing.

Looking form infrastructural point of view, then the contribution from real estate can just not be ignored. There are good options for people, who often relocate to different places because of job or work. However, looking at the prices of these residences, it is quite evident that person of higher income can only afford it, as nothing fits into the budget of middle class or lower middle class people. The real estate can show complete contribution by introducing plans for people who stand weak on economic parameters.

this is quite paradoxical situation as it is beneficial to the people who have already bought it and a sad thing for the people who wish to own homes in future. the common man is out of reach of owning a home in a city of india, such have the prices gone up in the past. though the government is planning of housing schemes in some places, all the people of nation are not equally benefiting from such schemes.

it is beneficial to those who are deeply involved in the real estate matters but the common man and the poor are the sufferers as it has gone beyond their reach to even dream of owning a home at such high prices. government must take measures to reduce the cost atleast for the middle class people and the poor

i dont see any way in which it is beneficial to indians because people in india are living with almost same income and therefore it has become difficult for common man to buy any homes with those meager salaries. gov should instead start distributing lands basing on subsidised rates to the people depending upon their financial categories. this would show some hopes to the common man of buying a home to themselves.

It is not beneficial for most of the Indians because most of them do not own homes and have hopes to buy one. But the soaring real estate prices have made the hopes of common man go down. Government must introduce some subsidy plans for the middle class people so that they can afford to buy a home.
