Indian working women faces several problems such as the problem of time, eve teasing in office and on roads, problem of guilt of not giving time to their family etc. All these are the small issues but the major issue they face is nothing but the time management between work and home. Especially women who are married confront such issues as they have to take care of their families as well as have to work hard in office. Sometimes it becomes quite frustrating for them to cope with these things and above all if the family is conservative then she has to fight each day to go to work and then listen to the tantrums thrown to her by the family. People usually at home do not understand the working women as she has to carry the burden of the whole family on her shoulders.

There is not only one but working women are facing several problems in their day to day life. They have to leave their kids at home and have to go to office early in the morning. They are unable to give proper time to their kids and family. This is the biggest issue of working women these days that needs a much attention. There are several opportunities that a woman can grasp while sitting at home she can find ways to earn money. Women should be educated enough to make her own way so that she can manage the work and home things easily. right now this is the only main issue she is facing.

there are many issues that working women have to face from her office work to er household things. She is the one who has to manage all these things on her own. She usually faces the problem of time and management towards her family. office issues are not much but the time that she has to give to her family is quite less.

    Ask for RITE

In the 6th pay commission by Govt if India for Cetral Govt employees, they have made a special provision for Women Employees by introducing six months of maternity leave and 730 days of Child Care Leave. which applicable upto two child only. and this child care leave thay can take any time and in any number of slot but upto 18year age of the child. but this facilities are getting only women, who are working with central govt. Now the Question is ' what about the all other women who are working with either state govt or privet firm????' we will have to ask for that....... because thats our rite to spare some time with our own child also!!!!!!! all wome get united and ask for it.

Most of the women in India today works outside their homes as well and they face some day-to-day problems while working outside. Eve teasing, sexual harassment at work place etc are some of the common problems faced by most of the working women. Another problem that is faced by them is managing both the house and the office work. It is necessary for a women to give time to her family and it becomes difficult to mange with the pressure constantly increasing of both house and office. With a more supportive and understanding family, it becomes easier for a women to even concentrate on making her career.

Women are today no more confined within the four walls of the house. Most women works outside their home as some of them are the bread earner of the family. The status of Women in India has remarkably changed, however, they face certain problems while working outside. One of the major problem is sexual harassment at workplace. apart from this there are other problems that include discrimination at workplace, problems while traveling, they go through a lot of mental pressure, etc.

Working women faces several problems and issues both at home and in workplace. Women are still considered as the vulnerable section of the society and most often faces problems related to sexual harassment, assault, eve teasing etc. Apart from these, working women faces problems in their day-to day life, especially if the family is not supporting.

the root cause of this, lies in the narrow belief system that does not allow the women to fit into the framework of "working entity".. Indian society is male dominated where only the males are supposed to be the bread earner of the family and the females are best supposed for the child bearing task. females in the Indian society are better kept under the fences since they are taken as the weak identities ; physically, mentally and emotionally too. there is a desperate need to the change the way the society perceives the roles of the women.

    What are the solutions?

Women in India should be given menstruation leave which is given in countries such as Korea. Women face a lot of problem during this period and things become really strenuous for them. This is a must!

Also, the laws against sexual harassment in the offices should become stricter. This will help in improving their condition as well.

At the end of the day, both men and women should divide the household work and the financial burden between each other. It should be acceptable and convenient to both of them.
