Swami Vivekananda rightly said “If you are not facing any problem, I am sure that you are heading in a wrong way.” Yes, problems and issues are usual. A person or a country will definitely face issues or problems in the path of progress. If we study the history of development of different countries, the reality comes to light. The success lies in tackling the issues. How we solve the issues matter the most.There are so many Problems in India or there are so Many Issues in India. Undoubtedly, terrorism is one of the most dangerous issues in the recent time. The other major problems in India are poverty, unemployment, corruption, fundamentalism and so on. For a fruitful solution, the issues must be solved at the source. If we want to stop a smoke, we must have to stop the fire which is causing it. We can’t stop smoke by simply covering it. Let’s take an example. In Andhra Pradesh when the farmers are committing suicide, the government waived off their debts. The farmers were saved in that particular season. But what will the government do in the next season? The farmers will again face problems. So the solution should be improvement of the conditions of the farmers in cultivation. India needs the permanent solutions of the issues. It’s applicable in all the problems. Can anyone say how the India issues can be solved at the roots? Any idea? Other current Indian issues that I have not mentioned here can also be discussed.
The problem with India is that of short cut methods being employed to create vote bank and not the long term solution to the problems. Instead we should learn the practice the Chinese proverb - "Teach the man to fish rather than offering him fish". The main cause is corruption at all levels in every department of Government, i.e. from the local self government to the central government. If all our elected representatives seriously think of eliminating corruption, they should practice what they preach. If our politicians stop taking bribes, encourage criminal activities, major problems of 95% will be solved. The multi billion dollar question here is who is going to take first step? Most of the elected members are multi millionaires without any known source of income but still left Scot free - no income tax raid nor inquiry as to the source of their income. Whom to blame? We are responsible to elect such people.

The existence of problems and issues reveals the power of the nation to cope with the same. We may draw upon the wisdom of our forefathers, teachings handed over to us from generation to generations. We are required to summon our strengths and employ it to solve the issues confronting our nation to the best our ability. 'One for all and all for one', shall remain our motto. 'Love your neighbor as you love yourself', so taught one of the great teachers who walked on earth. Have faith in our ability to solve the problems and issues which we come across during our brief life on earth. There are no insurmountable problems in India. The talent to solve the problems is revealed only when the problem is recognized. There is no universal solution to all problems. Recognize our power, our talent and employ them to make useful contribution to the community in which we live in. We cannot cut glass with a steel knife, but diamond can be employed to shape glass, to our desire. Thus there are different tools at our disposal. According to my understanding India's biggest problem is high rate of population growth and our population control program, second biggest problem is our so called democratic policy and our constitution, Third biggest problem is our judiciary system. If we rectify these three other problems are just peripheral only. India need meritocracy rather then so called democracy. India also needs to impose strict population control. Problems Problems.There are a host of issues to be attended to seriously by the Govt. and new issues crop up every other day.The list of problems to be solved gets longer and longer as no one is really interested in taking them up to a logical conclusion. Nothing is going to change in India till corruption becomes a bad word.Ordinary uneducated good for nothing with a goonda background make up the rank and file of all political parties and loot of govt money,land and everything that can be called wealth is being openly conducted.Senior politicians in Congress, NCP, BSP , BJP smile thr' their whiskers when these issues are brought up.The police have failed the people by siding with the politicians and the mafia. Where does the common man stand ? Does he have a voice to address these issues which are destroying and Dividing the country ? will he be killed like Mr satish shetty five days ago at talegaon , for exposing the politician land mafia ? Pollution in India Pollution is increasing the dangers to have adverse environment. There are many reasons and causes of the pollution. There are different types of pollution. The people are polluting water, soil, air and land in different ways and all these are very harmful for surviving. There are different methods are applied to protect the water of River Ganga but they are of no use. The people have to make conscious about the pollution and then only we will get a polluted free environment.
Indian Common Man is the real Problem There's only One problem that I see, which is actually hidden,...lack of Value of Individual Freedom! We bereft our own people of their FREEDOM, on daily basis, either in the name of Family values, Social values, Caste, Language, Religion, or Ethics etc. Innumerable times we sacrifice our youth or want them go violent for the sake of these. We just need an excuse to justify the violence and killing of our own people. Individual life seems to have no value. Youth couples are being killed when they decide to live together. And those who are not killed are not living very happy life. Indian Society does its best to ensure their miserable life. It is because youth has the capacity to bring change. Youthfulness means newness and freshness. Tradition and believes are old and rotten. So it's upon us what we choose. And Politicians role come very late. It is us who r doing this. Woman's life is restricted to day-life only. She cannot feel safe in dark and also sometimes at home. Dowry, Female foeticide and domestic violence are as common as ever. If any woman demand freedom we call her with all the abusive words. And this is common among women as well. This shows what respect and right to live do we ensure to Half of our population, means women. It has become d part of our routine behavior. We never let our child do what it likes. We never let our child realize its Hidden potential. Some time our ego problem comes, many a times family ego comes, moreover social problems come and religious, caste and language narrow mindedness r always there. Every other thing is there but child's wish is never be there. We never accept that every child is born with its own individuality. It has its own uniqueness, unique strengths, unique weaknesses, unique interests and unique preferences. But NO! We want our child to live the way we want. We want him to serve us. We want him to be our servants, be faithful and much like carbon copies to us. If any child is courageous and goes further to practice his birth right freedom, we call him 'Nalayak', 'awara' and 'curse on the family values'! That's why since his birth only we condition him to live as miserable life as we have lived. But God never thinks the same way. That is why He makes everybody Unique. So again what politicians have to do with it, it is Indian Common Man's behavior and narrow-mindedness that is a problem. So deviation from the traditional social belief is seen as crime in India. Why? Why we don't understand that everybody has its own right to live in its own way. we never want to see anybody living his own life in his own way. This is a common behavior of all Indians especially Elders. Then how can we expect our politicians and policy makers to value our lives and well being. If individual freedom will be valued, all the massacre of Godhra, Babri, Anti-sikh will stop, all Honor killings will become a history, Violence against Women and child labor will be no more, courts will be more alert in delivering justice and Politicians will not find any excuse for non-implementation of any Policy. Indians Live Free and let others Live Free. India Love your freedom and let others enjoy their freedom.
It's normal for every nation Yes, it’s true that every nation has its own problems and issues to deal with. But since India is a developing nation, we have some more number of issues to deal with and some more number of problems to get a solution to. Some of the major issues to tackle in India are unemployment, population, pollution, corruption etc. Though Indian government is trying their best to eradicate these severe issues but it is our responsibility also to help our government finding a quick solution to all.
There are many issues that is making india worst place to live in and most of the common evils are child labor, corruption, love jihad, rise in population, poverty, prostitution and other evils that is taking place at higher rate in india. All these issues do not make india a better place to live in. Government must take strict steps to get rid of all such issues in order to stay peacefully.
If we consider it normal and take it granted as it happens in every nation then we can never be a developed country. People should take action against such evils. There are many developed countries where the rate of crime and evils are almost negligible or very less. We should work towards all these issues in eradicating them rather then considering them essential for any country.
What problem you guys are talking about and do you think that just by mere talks these problems can be solved? Actually not! We need to take actions in this regard like the few old people have done such as Anna Hazare, by just blabbering the points and issues of india the problem will remain the same and solution cannot be found.
every country has its own issues and so do we. but the need of the hour is to address issues which are of prime concern. some of the issues are interrelated, for instance we have corruption due to which many other issues such as under development of rural areas, lack of proper infrastructure in public sector, poverty etc are prevalent and are not taken care of. so i think we need to solve and eliminate the prime issues first.

Beggary in India Due to the problems of unemployment and poverty, beggary is increasing day by day which is a social problem of great magnitude as well as grave concern in the developing countries. There are some 60,000 beggars in Delhi, more than 3, 00,000 in Mumbai according to a 2004 Action Aid report; nearly 75000 in Kolkata as per the Beggar Research Institute.

Moreover Unemployment rates of women are greater than Indian men. Unemployment among educated individuals is even higher, and worklessness in agricultural sector is higher than other major sectors.

Multidimensional Poverty Index(MPI) calculated by UNDP reported 8 Indian states including Bihar, UP, West Bengal accounts for greater number of poor people(421 million) than 26 combined poorest African countries which comprises 410 million. MPI supplants Human Poverty Index included in Human Development Reports from 1997.
Khap Panchyat in India: Khap is a cluster of villages united by caste and geography. It is as old as 14th century started by upper caste jats to consolidate their power and position. The main rule is that all boys and girls within khap are considered siblings. Khap panchyat governs the khap formed by gotra (clan) families from various neighboring villages. Many young khap couples have been killed in the past defying khap rules.
