Pregnant women usually face problem of weight gain and weight loss. Most of the women gain weight strangely like 20 to 30 kgs in 9 months which is of course not a good indication. Gaining so much weight may create problem to the baby as it has been seen that your baby and you might detect sugar and the problem of thyroid before age. So it is always good to keep a check on the weight gain. There should be 8 to 10 and max 12 kgs weight gain should be there for a healthy baby and mother both. If you gain weight strangely then consult your doctor, you might be facing problem of sugar or other diseases.

During pregnancy a woman puts on weight by 8-15 kgs.
$_6 kgs is lost immidiately the time she delivers the baby and also the rest of the weight is goner only if the mother is breast feeding the baby. So i think ladies should not worry for their weight during pregnancy, But also keep a check on the weight dont eat unnecccessary to gain so much weight which is not good for you and your baby.
