    Beggary a source of livelihood
These are everywhere; on the roadsides, traffic halts, outside the temples, or in a crowded place, these are the youth whose future and present has completely been spoiled by the monster of beggary and drugs. There are a huge number of young children and adults who have become trapped in the vicious world of these dangerous taboos. And this trap is indeed impossible. Poverty has made, the poorer section of the society so much helpless that beggary seems to be the best last option for those people if they wish to survive in the world. And with beggary comes other vices; one such vice is the habit of drug addiction. According to many of the surveys it has been found that around 5% of the youth has been involved in drug addiction and have indulged into beggary. Their families have rather encouraged them to adopt beggary as a source of livelihood for the whole of the family.

    Deprived Childhood
These youth are uneducated and deprived, the company they live in is also pathetic. They take alcohol, drug abuse is found to be at highest among these youth. At such a young age when these youth need to be educated in schools, should be given nutritional food and diet, knowledge should be imparted to them at that age, they are unfortunately involved in begging in front of others not only to have a two time meals but also to satisfy their insane urges for drugs! This is certainly a sad story of the Indian poorer section. In order to do something good to bring a change in this condition society as well as government should take initiatives.

    Initiatives
Those who are educated youth of the society should come in front in order to make make these misled youth aware and enlightened. Besides, government and NGOs should make an increase in the shelter homes for the street children, employment should be given to these youth and moreover, these youth must be given an education that is the fundamental need of a good life. Children who have become addictive of drugs should be given medical treatment and free rehabilitation.
