Stress came to my life like tsunami and caused maximum damage as much as it can, so please suggest me to recover from it.
Just relax and engage yourself in some extra corricular activities that you like doing.. Some thing that gives you pleasure and happiness.. it can be anything from reading books to watching movies and playing your favorite game..

Maintain your perspective by asking yourself, "Is the situation at hand really that serious that I should become stressed-out about it?"
