PlayStation 3 is recently launched by Sony in India which comes with a slimmer console. The PS3 is a step ahead of usual video game consoles to provide full compatibility with the popular Blue-ray format as well as comes with improved online capabilities. Sony has expanded its PlayStation Network by providing a video site that enables users to download videos, films and TV shows from Sony Pictures and several other major production studios directly to their hard drives. Netflix, Facebook and other online features are also available through the PlayStation Network. PS3 can be used to download and transfer original PlayStation games to the PSP, either directly or remotely. PS3 starts from Rs. 16,990/- which is quite affordable and offers excellent performance.
