Needless to say that the Indian women are trying their every bit to prove their competency in the Indian society. In fact they are very well aware of the truth that they are struggling in a society where people perceive them as subordinates and weaker personalities. There are some courageous women too who want to break off this rotten shell of jinxed perceptions and hence they choose to do such acts that can prove their hidden potential and caliber in front of others. Many Indian women join the Indian police force which they think to be the best platform to explore their stamina and physical strength. But the society continues to perceive them as inefficient or incompatible for such tasks. People tend to make fun of it and firmly believes that women have always been tender and inferior, pursuing a job that requires ‘masculinity’ and spontaneity would certainly be not suitable for them. That is why there is much ado in the families where the young girls want to take the police forces as their career. Parents are not able to believe their own daughters that they would be able to do their work properly. But people should understand the fact that India is a country that has given birth to many brave women warriors and courageous women. A woman is a symbol of power and strength, the mere absence of masculinity does not make a woman weak. Masculinity does not lie in demoralizing the women it stays with the men who perceive women equally capable and competent. Do you agree with this?
