It is time this government run by people, like Kapil Sibal are condemned.This government under leadership of Man Mohan Singh has already done irreparable damage to country in form of unprecedented and continuing price rise by 400-500% in last 8 years.To make money, big infrastructure (mainly roads) projects are being sanctioned by various governments which are not only easy to make ,are highly visible to people and there is huge scope for corruption and theft of public funds by politicians, contractors and babus(engineers) .It is said that 60% money goes out in pockets of various people and only 40% goes in ground. This ineffective government is now after the education sector. I can't understand eagerness of Kabil Sibal and his team to push through Foreign University Bill.These universities will come to India not for promoting research but making money.They will be essentially self financed and not having any endowment funds like their parents in USA or UK and will charge huge fees to meet their own salary standards and expenses.These dollar converted fees will create further surge of inflation in country and fee hikes by all and sundry and third rate fraudulent Institutes and deemed universities and the private state promoted universities. Professional education is already unaffordable now in India. Those students who want to study in Foreign universities are welcome to go abroad.Mostly They don't go for education but basically to find ways to settle in USA ,Australia and UK.Their goals is not education but emigration.So why Sibal is creating problems for Indian citizens. On one hand Tandon committee blames Deemed universities as money making machines* which they are of course) and on other hand Sibal wants to bring foreigners as deemed universities.We should not forget that after IIMs were allowed 10 times fee hike by the notorious Arjun Singh ,all third rate institutes also hiked fees in India for MBA programs and PGDMA.Now further boost to fee hike will be made. This foolish congress government is bent upon to globalize expenses in India.It cant globalize income levels and environment etc.It is promoting corruption instead reducing it. There is loot and plunder going on in India. Kapil Sibal can never control quality in these Institutes in thousands of numbers. It is time that PM wakes up and uses whatever small economics knowledge he might be having, but uses more of his commonsense and public welfare spirit and stop nonsense going in the country. We never had such a weak and indifferent Prime Minister heading anti poor and anti India government. People should not keep watching but rise and retaliate.These brainless,over enthusiastic and West aping politicians should be reigned in.
