People go out to earn money in other countries and invest in india. the property price is indeed rising high and People across the world are tend to invest in india as a point of investment which is not bad. Every body wants to earn money and what could be the best way than real estate investment. the increase in number of NRI investment shows that the land in india is indeed very precious and high.
 
NRI investment in Indian Property is growing today and the reasons behind this is firstly, the escalating price of property in India which is a great investment from the futuristic point of view. Secondly, they always desire to come back to India and having a property here will make it easy for them to come back and settle. Moreover, their investment is also beneficial for the economic growth of the nation.
 
In my view, NRIs invest in Indian Property as a security for them as they can have a home if ever they decide to return back to India. Another major reason is the rising property price in India which is a good and secured investment as they can sell it off as and when they need money or their property price increases.
 
India has undergone a huge boom in building in its cities, and with the improvements that are continuing to the infrastructure of these cities, the country can boast some of the most modern urban landscapes in the world. A non-resident Indian can buy either a residential property or a commercial property in India. Further, there is no limit on the number of residential or commercial properties that an NRI can purchase in India.
