There is no law in India which can regulate the Private Security Agencies which use varied kinds of arms to arm their personnel. I feel India should look at such loopholes and try to fix them because these are sensitive issues which are many a times a root cause for mishaps. Permit should be given only to the moderately harming arms which can help in securing the person. No offensive arms should be allowed to private agencies as they may get into the wrong hands.
