There are some food stuff that has negative calories in that.. It means whatever you eat and how much you eat .. it will not count in as calories and you can eat them till last bite :d they are: Cucumber Orange Apple Watermelon Barcolli Do you guyz know any other? name them here..
WOW!! I never knew that.. I like watermelon a lot but I always used to think that it might increase my weight and make me fat .. i used to think this because watermelon is sweet and I have read somewhere that sweet fruits increases fat.. thanks for revelaing the fact..
Not all fruits and veg are like that.. most of the fruits has lots of calories in them like mango, banana, leechi, stawberry.. if you eat these fruits you will gain weight and it will add up into your calories chart.. But watermelon doesnt have.. it will help in reducing weight..
