MTNL is a Government undertaking that offers telecom services in the Metro cities of Delhi and Mumbai. It offers both mobile and fixed line telephone service in these cities. The mobile service offers both postpaid and prepaid service in the names of Dolphin and Trump. MTNL offers mobile service at a very affordable rate and call rates are extremely low as compared to the private mobile service providers.
