Mohinder Singh Lotay - Handmade Wooden Car in India

    Indian carpenter Mohinder Singh Lotay along his son Amandeep Singh Lotay create a new invention of a handmade five-seater wooden car at their home in Patiala. They claim the car, which cost 400,000 rupees ($8,464) to make and is based on the engine of a Maruti 800 with teak bodywork, can attain a top speed of 120kms per hour and has an economy level of 16kms per litre.

    This car is made by Mohinder Singh Lotay and his son to attracting Tourist in Patiala, The car runs on a maruti 800 engine and can hiy 120KMS per hour, This woodwen car recieved a huge social talk in Patiala.

    Two months of hard work and RS. 4 lakhs investment now their dreams comes true said Amardeep Singh. This car is completely made of teak and is definitely an inspiration to the idea for “Make in India”.
