The trend of Indian Media is ever changing the way the print and television media has been represented now; is entirely different from the way it used to be in the past. However, one can claim it to be becoming more broad and informative but along with that there are many other issues have been aroused. There is too much of hype about the social and political issues, a rise in the objectification of women has been witnessed, there is a huge revelation of news related to crimes and unhealthy facets of the society which somewhere down the line divert the focus of the minds of the people/audience. It is truly very tough to determine that is it change in the media trends or is it the people's changed choices; that has led the media to cater such disturbing and feeble stuff to the people? Whether the media realizes it or not but it is certainly responsible to serve the people with the prolific elements that help them to widen their visions and mind and not something that constraints and jinx their perceptions.
