Independence in the literal sense means freedom. However, Independence has several meaning which is related to patriotism, liberation, freedom of the soul and lots more. But the meaning of Independence according to today's youth is more of being self-dependent. They consider it as a freedom that allows them to do anything they wish to. But with freedom comes a lot of responsibilities, which is seen to have been ignored by the Youth. If they understand freedom in a better way, they can become responsible and lend a hand in changing our nation in a better way with their thoughts and ideas as they have the potential to do so. This is the need of the hour. What do you think?

I agree that independence or freedom to be more precise, comes with responsibility but the youth of today do not understand it. They are not ready to take the responsibilities that comes along with independence and they think that they can do whatever they wish to. According to me they should realize their responsibility rather than enjoying their freedom or rather their independence.

Independence actually means freedom. However, with Independence comes some responsibilities but the youth of today takes this independence as complete one and discards the responsibilities that come along with it completely. This is a matter of concern and they should understand the responsibility that comes along with it, then only they can help in development of our nation along with themselves.

Meaning of Independence seems to be very different for the youth. They do not realize the responsibilities that comes with independence and they are seen most often carried away by the other things that comes along with Independence. They overlook the responsibilities and move towards other things, which in turn causes harm to them in many ways.

I agree with you that today's youth conceives independence in a different way by discarding the responsibilities that come along with it. They are get attracted to things that are not meaningful and they generally tend to deviate from their actual goal when they get the independence or the freedom.

You are right that today's youth conceive independence in an altogether different manner. They take independence to be complete and forget all their responsibilities. The youth are the future of our nation but due to their attitude, they do not realize their responsibilities and this independence without responsibilities allows them to indulge in activities that are not in conformity with the society.
