if we Indians truly want to save and protect our cultural legacy then it is the time to prepare the youth to make them connected with it. The youth is the successor and younger generation of India who will continue to follow the Indian culture, there is no one else who will conserve the grace and relevance of the same thus it is it must to inculcate the regards and attachment in the hearts of the youth for their own culture (legacy of values, traditions, customs, art forms, languages, cuisines and so on). This task can be commenced within the families at best because a family is a place where people follow their culture and imbibe the cultural features in their daily lives. It is the duty of the parents and the family members to introduce their children with the specialties and higher standards of our Indian culture, the adults should be encouraged to follow the values and ideologies that our great culture administers to all of us. A family can determine and influence the passion and affection of a person for his culture, because when the family itself firmly believes and follows its very own culture it directly builds up a positive affirmation in the mind of the child/adult. When the parents and elders of the family themselves pay attention to their traditions and customs then the youngsters too, feel accountable to follow the same. There are many wise Indians who teach and encourage their children and adults to assimilate and adhere their culture in their lives and this is one of the best ways to keep the youth connected to the cultural roots. Being an Indian do you also think that a family can create a strong cultural foundation in the youth?
