Prime Minister Manmohan Singh is without any doubt an underachiever. He is a puppet in the hands of the other politicians of his party. Although he is said to be one of the finest economist in India, all his economic policies failed drastically and India is still suffering from fiscal deficit and high inflation. He, as the Prime Minister of the World's largest democracy has drastically failed to being development and growth. None of his policies be it social, political or economical worked.

What are your views? Is Prime Minister Manmohan Singh an underachiever?

With due respect to the chair of the Prime Minister of India, I completely agree with you that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh is an underachiever. During his tenure, India has faced a lot of problem and his Government polices have failed drastically. He seems to be just a namesake Prime Minister who is actually run by the Chief of Congress. Being a renowned economist, India should have seen high economic growth and development but his economic policies as well failed to achieve its desired goals. Definitely, after seeing the overall development of the nation it can be said that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh an underachiever.

Definitely, Dr. Manmohan Singh is an underachiever. India has not progressed in any way since he became the Prime Minister. All his policies failed to achieve the desired objective and India is suffering from inflation, fiscal deficit etc during his tenure. This proves that he is an underachiever. He being the Prime Minister does not have a decisive mind and he all his decisions have failed drastically.
