In India "bandh" is a common thing. Every political party calls for bandh in order to protest against any decision taken by the Government or against any policy made by the them or even against each other. In my view calling for bandh is not the right way to protest as it causes a great loss to the society as well as economy of the nation. The politicians as well as the social activist should understand that it is not the right way and they should protest in a way that does not cause loss to the nation. What are your views? Calling for bandh cannot do any good for the nation. It is mere wastage of time and a loss for the nation's economy. Today, every political party or any social organization calls for bandh in protest. Instead of calling for bandh and stopping the whole nation for working, which is a loss for not only the nation but it affects the society and individual as well, they should protest in such a way that will affect the Government only and not the nation as a whole.
