it really does need a make over .. i completely agree with you.. since it got into the hands of government it is pretty obvious that it would get sullen and gloomy. indian government cannot satisfy its servicemen with its meager salaries which it pays. moreover the services are lagging many aspects interms of international standards and this is why air indias reputation is deteriorating.

Air India has become a mess after it has been vested in the hands of Indian government. There are insufficient funds to purchase fuel for the air india flights which is causing trouble in providing non stop service to the people traveling.
