    The laws which regulates the behavior of a State with another State was known a Laws of Nations untill the 2nd World War. The name got changed to International Law after the 2nd world war. It is also Known as Public International Law. State according to International Law means a Nation. Erga Omnes is the only point on which the Soverign states are bound to follow the International Law in order to maintain freindly relations. United Nations is the International Community that executes International Affairs. 193 states together forms the International Community. Private International Law or Conflict Laws are those which deals with foreign individuals of a country.

    The Sources of International Law are:
    1. Customs followed by differnt states(Nations) Internationally.
    2. Treaties
    3. Precedents of International Court of Justice
    4. Juristic Opinion
    5. General Principles of Law recognized by civilized Nations
    6. Equity
    7. Resolutions of General Assembly
