According to a recent survey, India has topped the list of countries in terms of hikes in salary (Asia Pacific Region). Indians are to get 12% of salary hike in the year 2012, all this owing to the fact that our economy has improved significantly. Does this imply that we are no short of talent and is just the economy which decides our salary? Please share your views!
