Indian News channels have become biased in the recent times. After foreign investment has been allowed in electronic media, the news channels have become more corrupt and biased. They support only those politicians and political parties that gives them money. Even News Channels like NDTV, which was once regarded as the best news channel, provides biased news as well as fake news most of the time. What are your views?
I agree that Indian news Channels are biased and this is because of the political interference. The news channels have become a lucrative business and most politicians invest in these news channels and in return these channels put up news in favour of these politicians. The political influence in the news channels have made them biased whereas these news channels should act independently as they are considered as the 4th pillar of democracy. They should understand their responsibility and work towards it.
Indian media have become biased in the recent times with excessive political influence. Today journalism has turned out to be one of the most money making profession and it is mainly due to paid journalism that exist today. Indian media generally manipulates news and puts it in a way that favors the ones who invest in their channels or pay the journalist to publish news in their favor and this is making Indian news channels biased.

Today, even the political leaders invest in Indian news channels and this is making the news channels to oblige to the what the politicians say.
