Many of the times even if people see any person dying on road due to accident or any other trauma, they hesitate to help, because they have understanding, that this will pull them into trouble. People have experience that whenever they have tried to help any person, the law and police have pursued them more as a suspect and caused trouble to them and their family, rather than appreciating them for their support. Does that mean that behind these inhuman acts it is our law, which fills us with more fear than respect for life?
yes i agree that indian law needs very important reform as police scare the people off because they do not act just and with any protocols. they just do what they feel like and cause trouble to helping people. the police department should distribute awards or gifts to the helping people so as to encourage such activities. the government should allot some revenue for such things instead of wasting money on unworthy activities
Justice delayed is justice denied and this is the main flaw of our law and judiciary system. The procedure of law is so lengthy that the justice is generally delayed and it takes years to get the result. However, this needs to be reformed for proper functioning of judicial system of our nation and curbing the increasing crime.
I agree that Indian law procedure needs reformation. The procedure of law is not only time consuming but it is also expensive and this is the reason that many people do not take the help of law even if they have suffered huge loss. It takes a long time to provide justice and this is one of the biggest flaws of our legal system and it needs to be reformed for proper functioning of the Government and the nation as a whole.
