Indian food is healthy

    Indian food is considered as the healthiest in the World. Indian food includes lots of fresh green vegetables and this makes it very healthy as green vegetables are considered to contain various vitamins. Moreover, Indian food is cooked in a very healthy way and there is very minimal use of oil. Indian food generally comprises of items that are rich in fiber and helps in proper digestion. Use of yogurt in Indian cuisine helps in proper digestion and this helps in leading a healthy life. Why according to you Indian food is healthy?

    Indian food is healthy because it is very nutritious as it mostly include vegetables. Even the non-veg dishes are full of nutritional values as it provides energy and the necessary calories for the body. Moreover Indian food is cooked in a very tasty way which increases the food intake and thus supplies vitamins, minerals and other necessary ingredients that the body requires to remain healthy. Most of the Indian food is cooked in Ghee and Ghee works as a lubricant that prevents from many ailments as well as supplies adequate fat to the body to generate energy.
