A few decades ago there existed two super powers in the world. USA and USSR (spearheaded by Russia). Though not openly, India decided to ally with USSR. It needs to be mentioned that India formed NAM (Non-Alignment Movement) for peaceful co-existence. But at most of the instances India failed to remain neutral and sided with USSR. The Moscow Olympic held in 1980 was boycotted by many countries as a protest against the invasion of USSR in Afghanistan. That boycott was led by USA. Pakistan also joined them. But India actively participated in the Moscow Olympics. After the fall of USSR, Russia is carrying forward the legacy of USSR. And India is also maintaining close tie with this nation. It’s true that Russia is no more a super power like America. Yet India can gain a lot by its close tie with Russia. Though at the present time, India is also trying to develop close tie with America, we have enough reasons to believe that America can never be as trustworthy as Russia. We have a history of mutual cooperation with Russia. And Russia always can be a partner of progress for India. We hope that the visit of Putin will initiate a new phase of relationship between India and Russia. Any comments from Proud Indians ?
russia is still a powerful one....its nt abt takin n gettin frm each other....its all about helpin each other..russia is trustworthy unlike usa...powerful life of usa will get to an end either by india or by russia for sure.......russia stood tall for india against all odds.....so do india for russia....we r nt two different countries.....we r like one country though divided by some border,lines n all...doesnt make any diiference to indians ...n that is what we have to prove to americans...indian cinema even tried to shoot their movies first in russia nt in usa.....coz of their racial descrimination behaviour.....in short THEY SUCK.....its true we r no1 to comment on any other country...but still USA people make us to speak against them:mad :....i will end by comment on a sweet node by sayn....
