    India is a land of spirituality. India celebrates more than 20 festivals round the year and most of the festivals are based on religious as well as traditional beliefs. India is known for its religious festivals around the world and being a secular nation and celebrates every festival of every religion with pomp and show. This is what distinguishes India from the other nations of the World.

    There are more than 6 religions in India and being a secular nation, it respects every religion and every religious festival is celebrated with same enthusiasm. India is known for various religious festivals and this adds more colour and glory to the nation. The rich Indian culture and traditions makes it possible and unity among the people and the feeling of brotherhood helps in celebrating every festival of each religion with great enthusiasm.

    India is a land that celebrates more than 20 festivals around the year. India celebrates several festivals that has religious significance. Some of the famous religious festivals include Durga Puja, Navratri, Diwali, Dusherra, Christmas, Eid etc are just to name a few. Religion has always been a part of Indian culture and these religious festivals adds colour to the unity and integrity of the nation.
