Minister of State for Defence MM Pallam Raju said on Monday that India is aware of the growing influence of China in Pakistan and other neighbouring countries.

Pallam Raju said, “Chinese influence is not just in Pakistan. They are trying to develop a port in Sri Lanka and in Myanmar. And we are aware of all these developments. We are taking steps that Chinese influence does not pose a threat.â€￾

He also expressed concern over US reports about Pakistan increasing its nuclear arsenal.

To compete with China India needs to trainsform itself into a power to recon both economically and militarily, otherwise nobody will listen, no matter how loud we shout.

Its aggressive movements along the indo-china border and increasing presence of its navy in the Indian Ocean region truly threatening our country. Now it is time to change our defence strategy & to focus more on Chinese rather than the conventional foe Pakistan.

Why China a threat for India? To me, it's very simple because India see China as an enemy. the first is that India supported Dala Lama to split China since 1959, and till now India still the biggest support to Dala; the second is that India occupied China's land according to the ridiculous an illegal Mc Mahon line.

McMohan Line is the official border signed between Great Britain(India) and Tibet in 1914, according to the Shimla Accord, until Chinese forcefully occupied Tibet in 1950 sending the Tibetan Govt. in exile. Now that Chinese have gulped entire Tibet flooding it with Han Chinese, they do not recognize the McMahon Line. Who the hell cares? Get out of Tibet first, this ain't your piece of land.

This is the reason we hear all rhetoric from the official Chinese media from time to time. I mean, c'mon Dalai Lama is not a terrorist, he is a peaceful guy. So, why the chill about Dalai Lama visiting Tawang is so hyped in the Chinese media?

Of late, GOI has been paying back China in the same coin. First termination of B visa holding Chinese who instead of visiting India on business purpose are working here. Secondly permitting the Dalai Lama to visit Tawang inspite of Chinese pressure. Thirdly, rejecting Chinese Visas on separate papers to Indians visiting China from areas such as J&K and Arunachal Pradesh.

I do not see a war happening, and if so, the Chinese know they cannot win a conventional war with India and never a nuclear war!
