According to the latest research it has been suggested that children who have a huge increase in the heartbeat at the examination time are likely to get better results. it is found that many successful people's heartbeat reached up to the level which was 23 times a minute rapid than usual one. those students who have performed at the lower end of the class commonly found to have a low increase in heart beat and only 3.9 times higher than their normal speed. though, no evidences are there that suggests people who said they were nervous and actually has a quicker heart beat than normal.

Well, increase in heart beat is because of nervousness and tension. When a person feels emotional or tension, his muscles get depolarized and leads to contraction of muscles.
Same thing happens in hyper tension and hypo tension. Human body is any mechanical art and for every action there’s logic (I mean science) behind it.Due to high tension automatically brains works at its best and results are better than normal

People say that when you work after keeping a full fledged plan in mind then the results that came out are better than the usual ones which are done in hurry and you are simply contradicting the issue. How can a mind work great in hurry? You have to take proper actions and work out plan in order to get better results.
