A teacher is there to impart the knowledge but it is also essential to the part of the student that how much he/she is efficient to grasp and imbibe that very knowledge. Communication plays an important role both in learning and the teaching process. There should not be any glimpse of hesitation and nervousness between a teacher and the student. In fact this must be totally absent at the part of the students because generally it is a student who feels shy and nervous in asking any query or discussing anything with the teacher. Most of the students feel hesitant in asking their queries in the classroom and hence their problems remain unsolved most of the times. But here the student is doing his own loss. The teacher should also be focused and aware about the behavior and attitudes of his students. He himself should encourage group discussions and open communication between him and the students. A teacher should try to involve all the students in such discussions which will surely reduce the hesitation of the students in speaking and discussing their queries and problems aloud in the classroom. The teacher can develop cordial communication with each of his students in the classroom. Discussion and free communication is very important for the teachers as well as the students. It helps the teacher to understand the personalities of his students and also clarifies the sections and the parts where he is needed to focus more. For a student, it will help in gaining confidence of speaking in front of others, in solving the queries and problem quickly and easily and also helps in reducing the shyness and introvertness.
