I-Proud To be an India Movie is a Sohail Khan production, which is directed by Puneet Sira, starring Shohail Khan, Heena Tasleem, Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Tim Lawrence, Aasif Sheikh, Mona Ambegaonkar, Imran Ali Khan, and Tom Sambrook. The music is by K.C. Loy and Daboo Malik and the lyrics are by Jay Verma, Kunwar Juneia and Daboo Malik. This movie was released in 2004.

The story line of the movie starts with “I” (Sohail Khan), a young boy from Amritsar goes to London with his father to meet his brother who stays there with his wife and two children. After a number of his family members were beleaguered by the Skinhead racist supporters of the British National Party, “I” decides to fight back. He beats up a few Skinheads and the leader of this racist group, Cane (Tim Lawrence) came to know about it and sends more skinheads to get revenge and the problem becomes larger. Sargent Grant (Tom Sambrook) who is an extremely strict officer does not consent to the existence of the skinheads and considers them to be a peril to the society. He orders Cane and his group to stay away from the Indian boy. The skinheads are desperate to get I, but are helpless because of the admonition of Sargent Grant. But these skinheads do not stop. Cane’s wicked mind comes up with a conclusion that the Indians are more hated by the Pakistanis and turns up to a Pakistani boy Aslam (Imran Ali Khan) to kill “I”(Sohail Khan) but they end up being best of friends. “I” falls in love with his best friend’s sister Noor (Henna Tasleem) and was quite happy. After some moments of joy, the disturbing incidents increases towards I's family and finally I loses his patience when he hears about Aslam's murder by Cane. I challenged Cane to fight with him and the climax of the movie begins and finally I got his victory over the wicked liberator Cane and made all the Asians leaving in London proud.

The movie has a dreadful face of pragmatism of Asians leaving in England. The movie depicts the way the Skinhead racists tortured the Sikhs and their pregnant wives who resided in England. The movie brings out the reality of Asians in England where they are considered as the second grade citizens and racial discrimination is properly shown in the movie. The director has done a great job and the movie is an eye opener for all, although it has some Bollywood masala in it.The movie is a great and brave attempt by Sohail Khan which is not like the typical Bollywood flick that is plotted with stories from abroad. Overall a great movie to watch and even the technical side of the movie is incredibly good.
