How to loose weight?

    People have become more health conscious and more keen to loose the extra weight that they gain. Another reason for wanting to loose weight is that people, especially the women folk have become more beauty conscious. Here are some tips to loos weight without dieting:

    1. Chewing longer and eating less helps in loosing the extra pounds as chewing longer makes less consumption of food. Chewing for longer stops from over-eating, by giving the brain more time to receive signals from the stomach that it is full. Moreover, it also helps in proper digestion.

    2. Breakfast is the first meal of the day and you should not skip breakfast as it helps in refueling the body and prevents from over-eating during lunch.

    3. Avoid overcooking food as this kills the nutrients and when the body does not get proper nutrients, it craves for more food leading to over-eating.

    4. Having smaller meals often helps in reducing weight as well as helps in staying healthy.

    5. Have fruits atleast 30 mins before meal as having fruits on an empty stomach detoxifies the whole system and supplies with a great deal of energy for losing weight.

    With modernization and development there are many other side-effects. The life-style has changed and this have lead to more consumption of Junk food as well as eating disorders are seen leading to over-weight. However, people have also become more concerned about health and tries hard to loose the extra pounds. Daily exercise is one of the most effective way to loose weight as well as Yoga is another good and effective measure to loose weight.

    Regular exercise and diet with oil less food will helps to reduce weight or else walking a few distance also reduce weight.
    To reduce weight one should avoid eating junk food.
    Drinking plenty of water will also helps to reduce weight.

    Losing the extra weight is now becoming a major concern for many. Most people go through rigorous dieting but they fail to lose those extra pounds. The best way to lose weight is not dieting rather it affects the health of the person and makes him/her unhealthy. The best way is to workout daily as well as drink a lot of water. Drinking plenty of water is the best remedy. It is important to eat healthy food which contains more fiber.

    Fast food is a major cause of gaining weight and this can be reduced by exercising smartly but excess exercise can be harmful. Water is a great way to loose the excess weight, so it is important to drink as much water as possible if someone really wants to reduce those extra ounce. Avoiding fast food and eating more and more green vegetables will help you lead a healthier life and also reduce weight.

    Losing those extra pounds requires time and hence, patience. Some of the other ways for losing weight are:-

    .Drinking green tea.

    .Drinking lukewarm water every morning with a teaspoon of lemon and honey.

    .Doing a workout that you enjoy: running, Pilates or aerobics.

    . Eating in a small plate; it makes you take less food and eat less.

    .Replacing the usual snacks with healthy snacks such as peanuts and dry fruits.

    . Not taking stress about all that weight. Stress and weight have an inverse relationship.
