The year 2010 has been marked by major Political scams , corruption and disruption of Parliament. But there has been a ray of hope too with 2010 Bihar elections putting Regional , Religion and caste considerations aside and voting for India development and Development of Bihar.

We Indians proudly claim to be democratic country. Definitely democracy is better than dictatorship! Are we really enjoying the fruits of Indian democracy ? Take the case of Arundhati roy and abuse of Freedom of Speech. There is no place for such people in democracy. The only plus point of year 2010 is Nitish Kumar and let's hope many more Nitishs to evolve in 2011!!

As an proud Indian I would like to see complete revival of the India political system.According to me India Political system is flawed. India should adopt American style constitution and have directly elected executive president for accountability and better Governance.Rajya Sabha should be abolished and replaced by Senate having specialists.

India Need young ,dedicated ,honest and Broadminded people to come forward and join Indian politics.

Only Indians can bring change in Indian politics by 100% voting. Every Indian should vote and vote to bring change in Indian politics. what do you think ? How can we What changes in Indian Politics would you like to see in 2011 ?

there are many things which need to be changed to make indian political system more effective in its working. for instance the political parties must be reduced. the two house system is mere wastage of money. and most importantly, the recruitments into the politics should hold some kind of interviews where only educated and worthwhile people can join. people with good financial support, without any knowledge are also becoming politicians these days.

the indian political system does need a revival and i think there needs to be many amendments to change the present working of government bodies. i agree that the rajya sabha should be removed as it does not have any important role to play in governance. more over there is lot of money being wasted on officials working in such segments.

We are dedicated to providing a voice to today’s generation and have built this interactive platform through blogs, contests, weekly debates, and interactive groups so that we, the youth of India may express our opinions and are able to take action to bring about the change that we desire.

Indian Politics necessitates huge change in every sphere. More and more young and educated people should be encouraged to join politics. It is also the duty of the people to choose a proper government and not choose one by merely believing their word of mouth. People should raise their voice against the corrupt politicians and if they see that the government is not working in a proper manner.
