There is a need that people should know this fact that they ca elect their president several times and how many times the president of india can represent himself for the seat. An Indian citizen can be the President of India as many times he is indirectly elected through Electoral College. India has till date since 15 Presidents with the latest being the first female President Smt. Pratibha Patil.
There is no limit determined by the Indian Constitution for becoming the President of India. Any India citizen who is elected by the elected representative can become the President, provided he qualifies the required criteria that has been mentioned in the Indian Constitution. A president can be elected as many times as the nations wants him or her to be the President of our nation.
