After 1950, there were 16 new states added to India including the latest additions of Chhatisgarh, Uttaranchal, and Jharkhand. Each state has a separate act to support its reorganization in the constitution. This is indeed the biggest issue of india when the need is not there, people ask for the different state. it definitely destroys the unity of the country as a whole.
