Kyoto Protocol is one good treaty formed by various countries across the world to control the climate change and prevent Global Warming. Recently, the protocol's viability was extended at the UN convention in Doha. However Russia was reluctant to give an aye for the extension. Since its inception, not much has been done as a collective effort to curb the emissions and prevent global warming. Do you think the protocol is good enough to continue the way it is or should countries get more serious about it?
