Development is a holistic approach that covers a wide range of categories and aspects and in such a process it is essential to fill up the gaps and rectifying the loopholes in the phenomena. Weaker sections of our country are kind of categories without correcting or without whose improvement it is tough to visualize an overall development of the country. Thus it is foremost necessary to uplift the weaker sections of the nation. India is a country where a large number of people are found to be illiterate, ignorant, poor and backwards. These are the people who probably be known as belonging to the weaker sections and in simple terms they can be defined as the social category which consist of all the socially, educationally, economically and politically backward groups, castes and tribes. These people belonging to the weaker sections deliberately demands the attention and applications from the Government, however many schemes and measures for the welfare of these weaker sections have been taken so far but what matters is the actual result achieved from all those schemes and plans. The ratio of these weaker sections is not small thus is it unavoidable and cannot be neglected. Government just cannot be centralized to the development of the urban cities and their residents but it has to fairly responsible for uplifting these weaker sections. And while improving the status of these sections in all respects, government has to be sensitive towards each and every single issue of the people belonging to such groups, only then the government can fully implement its developmental process.
