Diet is very important. Diet is like 50% and working out is 50%. If you miss one this you cannot reach your goals. I keep seeing in lot of forums asking about loosing fat. There is no shortcut. You have to eat less and do lot of cardio. At the same time eat less doesn't mean that you have to starve. Eat like 4-5 small meals a day so that it keeps running your metabolism and gives you are never hungry.
