To have yellow teeth is very common these days and it is undoubtedly the aftermath of our improper lifestyle and wrong eating habits. It has been scientifically prescribed that one should clean up the teeth twice a day; in the morning and at bed time. Drinking alcohol, eating junk food and smoking affect the teeth severely and it is important to follow some techniques to clean up the same on a regular basis. I have come up with some of the home remedies that would help anyone to get whiter teeth, and they are as following:

    Baking Soda:
Baking soda happens to be the best element that can be used for treatment of yellow teeth. Just put two tablespoons of baking soda in a cup of cold water and mix that well. Now rinse the mouth with this solution for two or thrice times in a day it will leave a whitening effect on the teeth.

    Lemon:
Lemon is considered the best for its immune-boosting power, antibacterial, and healing features it also helps to keep the teeth purely white and shiny and to let this happened you have to take out the juice of lemon and mix it with some water. Now, rinse your mouth with this water for two times a day, this may make your mouth really sour so you can do it according to your convenience. You can also scrub your teeth directly with lemon peel to make them white.

    Salt:
Salt happens to be the best dental cleansing ingredient for teeth whitening thus you can use it as a tooth powder to clean up the teeth in the morning and at the bed time as well. Salt can also be used with charcoal and lemon slice to whiten teeth.

    Charcoal:
Charcoal is considered to be a beneficial ingredient to remove impurities of the mouth and also for whitening teeth. Just mix some charcoal powder with your regular toothpaste and brush with it two times a day. It will effectively clean up the teeth and would also help immensely to reduce the pale colour of the teeth.

    Neem:
Chewing the Neem (margosa) twigs has been a traditional form of cleaning the teeth in India and believe it, it is immensely helpful ways to remove yellow stains from the teeth and also to protect the teeth and gums from any fungal infection.

    Turmeric:
Turmeric is an anti-inflammatory and antibacterial ingredient and also used as a teeth whitening agent. Just take some solid turmeric and roast it crush it into powder and then add some salt and lime juice to it. This paste is highly useful for whitening the teeth and to keep the gums healthier.
