A drastic change has been brought to the cities, towns and states of India; technology has left no chance of being called inefficient to bring comfort and advancement in people’s lives. Cities are growing day by day and becoming global cities, connectivity has been raised immensely. Different cities are now connected in much better ways. But there is one side of development also that is moving with a tortoise’s pace and that is the development of the villages. Cities have finest engineers, workers, technicians, service providers and on the other hand villages have been left up to few of the social activists who seriously think that villages should get better amenities and its people should become aware. With the rapid growth of cities the gap between the developed and undeveloped parts of India is also increasing, a massive migration has been witnessed in the metropolitan cities where further demarcation is created between poor and rich. If we are considering overall development of the country then it is only possible when the roots of the country get strengthened. The roots of India are its villages which have literally been left aside and the whole focus has been shifted to the urbanization of the cities.

Friends, do you agree with me, do you also think that without developing the villages India cannot achieve the stage of holistic development?
