Healthy ways to reduce fat

    Lets discuss all the possible ways to reduce that extra unwanted flab from one's body but not at the cost of losing health

    * Induce changes gradually- One should look to reduce weight as permanently changing the eating habits. All those extra intakes of undemanded food should be avoided because as they show in their effect in terms of weight gain the reverse is also possible...

    * Increase your activity levels- If a person increases his/ her activity levels even while performing the same amount of food intake, the reduce in weight can be noticed.

    Having food in small quantity every 2 hours rather than having a 3 times meal schedule.
    I keep it every 3 hours.

    Engaging in a Cardio activity like Swimming, Rnning or brisk walking .

    exercise can be count in the healthy ways to reduce weight.. You can reduce excess of weight by doing exercises at home or at gym.. you can cut down junk food to get good results..

    Lol exactly :p Alcohol can increase your weight like up to 1 kg in 2 days.. It is very important to cut down the intake of alcohol and other hard drinks to lose weight..

    I think your way is fine.. but healthy food should be taken like green vegetables, fruits and pulses.. Yoga can make a big difference in losing lots of weight.. Avoid oil and sweets..It has lots of fat contents..

    Alochol is very bad for health when you want to reduce weight.. One must avoid oily food, potatoes, Chicken, butter and junk food to reduce weight according to their wishes.. Walking is considered as the best exercise daily.. 45 minutes walk is very useful..

    For me swimming and walking are the best exercises that people can do to reduce fat. Swimming and walking are the popular cardio exercises and helps in shaping up the body..

    balanced diet and more excercise. we all know but are too lazy to do it. we love eating rubbish, dont do any excercise.

    swimming is excellent, but we should know that swimming is something and going into water is something else. if we do at least 35mins of swim 5 days a week, we will lose a good amonout of weight within 6 months. i am fan of swimming and love it.

    I think you are right.. there are differentw ays to do anything to see the effects..milk is very useful and doesnt increase fat but it depends that how you take it.. if you make some sweets of milk than it will surely increase weight.. So it depends up on the ways..

    if you can control your eating habits, you will largely be successful in being in a good shape. i personally eat alot and that is my biggest problem. although i do some excercise, but that have little effect because of my over eating.

    hahahah.. everyone eats a lot.. but still there are people who eat a lot and lot of food but yet they are slim :( I usually feel envy to such people.. GRrr I had to go to gym to keep myself fit and have to do dhishum dhishum with my calories daily :(

    Hey, you guyz have mentioned some of the really healthy ways to reduce fat.. but what about temptation that usually arise after watching good and delicious food.. I cannot resist myself.. any tip to avoid tempting tongue.. :D

    Take low fat diet

    Fat is very bad for body. It creates lots of problems. People must cut down onthe intake of butter, ghee, fatty foods, red meat, egg and other high protein foods. Proper balanced diet and exercises will help to reduce fat from the body. The yoga is also helpful in fat reduction. Low fat diet must be taken to decrease the level of fat in the body.

    Obesity is common

    Obesity is a common problem and there is no particular age of this disease. Due to obesity the re are lots of problems that a person can go through. It is the root cause of different diseases and health problems. Proper dieting and physical exercise are the only method to get rid of the obesity problem. It is so dangerous that it may cause death.
