Healthy Watermelon Slush

    I read this nice and healthy Watermelon Slush recipe in FEMINA. Sharing it with you guys. Hope you like it . I loved it!

    Watermelon Slush
    Serves 8

    Ingredients
    8 cups watermelon, cubed and seeded
    ¼ cup lime juice
    ¼ cup sugar
    2 cups Sprite/7 Up/ Lemon Mirinda

    Method

    Process the watermelon, lime juice and sugar in a blender until smooth. Pour into a freezer-proof container and freeze for about 30 minutes or until edges begin to freeze. Stir and re-freeze. Repeat this process every 30 minutes or so, for about 90 minutes.
    To serve, spoon ¾ cup of the melon slush into a tall glass or bowl and add ¼ cup of the soft drink. Decorate with some chopped melon or sprigs of mint.

    this seems to be a great drink to savor during the summer season. thanks for sharing such a nice drink recipe. this is very easy to make and the ingredients are also easily available in the market. so this would be a great drink to have during the heat as watermelon is great hydrating fruit.
