Women are supposed to be bad drivers! Alas! such a bottom line thinking of the male dominated society. Women have never been admired at the first hand in our society, this is a fact. Whatever they do, they have to face many raised brows at first and then they get the acceptance and admiration as if they are given some mercy. To ensure safety and security to women; a number of cabs have been introduced in the Capital city that are driven by women drivers only. This is surely a good indication that shows that women are now getting empowered in a different way. These cabs have been introduced as a "big relief" to the women's insecurity and fears of travelling alone and at odd places and times. Besides this these cabs have also given good opportunity to gain economic independence to many of the women in their lives. A number of women have come in front to join the jobs as women drivers. Some of them have also taken proper training of driving in order to grab this job, it is a good chance for the women to lead an independent life and to earn a better livelihood for their family and children who are living in deprived and less privileged conditions/
