According to a research study, the Germans earn less than the Spanish and French. Germans are believed to be frugal because of their lower wage earnings. Germany is striving hard to improve its economic conditions over a while, although the efforts aren't proving good enough. Does anybody know if this has been their nature or is it just because of the economic conditions which are making people adopt such behavior?
