The government of India has launched the National Rural Health Mission aimed at correcting rural inequities in the matter of health in recent years. It seeks to integrate health with those essential inputs in health namely hygiene, safe drinking water, nutrition and sanitation. Most of the programs and schemes initiated by government seem good but they generally fail at the implementation level.
