There is a proposal to have a fixed tenure system in government service sector wherein a person can work only for a fixed tenure that is, 37-38 years. This proposal, certainly has few pros and cons. There are pros to those who join late, in which the candidate gets to work the fixed years even he/she joins the service late. However the person joining early based on the merit also gets to work for same number of years. So, what do you think should be the solution to this? Or do you think that the new proposal is all fine?

Every new or old system or law has both merits and demerits and similarly the fixed tenure system. In a way i think it is better to have a fixed tenure system in the government service sector for the reason that it will provide more job opportunities for the upcoming youth of the nation and the problem of unemployment will be resolved to a great extent.
