An American decided to write a book about famous churches in the World. So he bought a Aeroplane ticket and took a trip to China in Asia . On his first day he was inside a church taking photographs when he Noticed a golden telephone in the church. Mounted on the wall with a sign that read '$20,000 per call'. The American citizen , being intrigued, asked a priest who was strolling by what The telephone was used for. The Chinese priest replied that it was a direct line to heaven and that for $20,000 you could talk to God. The American thanked the priest and went along his way. Next stop was in Japan in Asia . There, at a very large cathedral, he saw the Same golden telephone with the same sign above it. He wondered if this was the same kind of telephone he saw in China and He asked a nearby woman what its purpose was. She told him that it was a direct line to heaven and that for $20,000 He Could talk to God. ' OK, thank you,' said the American citizen. He then traveled to Russia , Pakistan , Sri lanka , France and Germany and France ... In every church he saw the same golden telephone with the same '$20,000 Per call' sign above it. The American citizen , on leaving Vermont decided to Travel India to see if Indians had the same phone in the churches. He arrived in India , and again, in the first church he went, there Was the same golden telephone, but this time the sign above it read 'One Rupee per call.' The American citizen was surprised so he asked the priest about the sign. 'Father, I have traveled all over World and I have seen this same golden Telephone in churches of all countries. I am told that it is a direct line to Heaven, But in the America the price was $20,000 per call. Why is it so cheap here in India ?' Proud to be Indians , it is your turn now........ well i dont know if that story is just fictional or is it truth but that is something humorous which would make all the indians smile with pride on their faces.. like i had mine india is truly a heavenly place to live in with our people who are best to express hospitality and gratitude.
I feel extremely proud to be an Indian. It is a privilege to be born in a nation like India which is rich from all aspects. This is the land that gave birth to many legends and this makes me feel proud to be a part of the vast nation. India is a place that has been well-known for its rich literature and is the home of many renowned poets and authors. This makes me feel proud to be an Indian.
India is a vast nation and there are several reasons to feel proud about India. One among all is Indian Music. Indian music is an integral part of Indian culture and it is an ancient form of art in India. Indian music include classical music, which is based on raags, shrutis, swaras and tala, folk music, which is based somewhat on classical music but basically describes the culture of that particular region and pop music, which includes the Bollywood songs. The different varieties of music is only found in India and this makes me feel proud to be an Indian.
